Getting closer and closer to Mountain Goat race day!
I did a nice slow 6 miles to taper for the run this weekend. Wednesday May 1st marked the kickoff for the 2019 season of the Kitty Hoynes Run Club. This week's run was an easy and simple run, just following the yellow line along the Onondaga Creekwalk Trail. The good thing about this running route is that there is not too much elevation, so it is a perfect wind-down for the hills yet to come this Sunday at the Mountain Goat.
Personally, one of my favorite things about Syracuse are the amount of free and fun fitness activities that are open to the public.
