There will be at least four water stops on the 10 Mile Mountain Goat course and 1 stop on the 3k Run/Walk Course. Each water stop will offer water and Power Bar Endurance energy drink.
In addition, there will be a Power Bar Energy Station around Mile 4 of the Mountain Goat Course offering Power Bar Energy Gel's.
Power Bar Recovery Drink and Water will be available at the finish line of the Mountain Goat at Clinton Square.
Power Bar will also supply Endurance Energy Drinks at all Mountain Goat Training Runs.
