The basic information is that the Expo runs from 9AM- 4PM. Participants are strongly encougaged to pick up your race packet and avoid race day lines. New registrations will also be taken at the Expo. Now the good stuff, the Expo will feature an opportunity to buy great running stuff including special deals on footwear, apparel and accessories. All the big names will be there: Brooks, Asics, Nike, New Balance, Saucony, adidas, Mizuno and many other vendors and local organizations.

Play it Forward will be on hand collecting used running and athletic shoes that will be donated to local charities. Last year 500 pairs of shoes were collected by Play it Forward; look for them at various events in Central New York this year.

Register to win great prizes including a high-definition television courtesy of Wilber-Duck Chevy Buick. Wilber-Duck is the official supplier of vehicles for the Mountain Goat Run and will have great new Chevy and Buicks on display at the Expo.

Michelob Untra is the official beer of the Mountain Goat Run and will be on hand offering free samples of Michelob Ultra for adults 21 and older.

Bring the kid's for fun games, face painting and register them for the Fox 68 Kid's 1/2 Mile Chase. It is only $5 and the kids get a shirt and a bunch of other good stuff.

Attend one of the seminars on How to Run the Mountain Goat Course. Past champions and middle of the packers will discuss strategies and tips on how to tackle the 10 mile course. Seminars will be at 11AM and again at 2PM.
